The District Education Officer (DEO) ES&HS Jamshoro Muhammed Naseer Ahmed Memon paid surprise visit to GGES Aliabad today.He was acompanied by Assistant Education officer Imran Ahmed, Supridanant Irshad Qureshi and Assistant Mr Zafar Ali Lashari, During the Visit He interacted with students of Different Classes to take information about different subjects.He asked Questions from the students for the basic concept of Different Subjects including English and mathematics.He also took round of School area and praised to see the Healthy environment and Cleanness all around.He also Guided Students to get educational Classes in best learning way.
The DEO ES&HS also checked the Attendance of Staff, Students, School record and sanitition.He also held meeting with Head Mistress to discuss the shortcoming and asked that teachers must exert their nerves to bring in qualitative improvement in class room teaching.He instructed that time to time assessment should be made to check the performance of Students as well as teachers it must be ensure that students are understanding the basic concepts of different Subjects.
He appreciated Head Mistress Amina Mallah for better management.He also thanked and Appreciated SSDP Team to Facilitate School with Solar Energy System and Smart LED to GGES and also appreciated The Giving Tree Volunteer Team for conducting Online classes of Different Subjects.

An inauguration ceremony of the Project for Provision of a Solar Power Generation System to Government Girls Elementary school Aliabad By Sindh Skills Sevelopment Programme was held today November30,2019. This Very important project funded by SSDP inaugated by Chairman SSDP Engr Ali Hassan Bhutto.As an integral part of the project, the extended its funds to provide a core solar power system which will fulfil all energy needs and will take place to convert existing electric system in Solar Energy,Coupled with the advanced technology designed from the bottom up, this project is expected to provide momentum in the school for a shift , full time power availability system with a renewable energy. The Project installed to ensure making facilities act as supply-demand control system of the energy system . Through the efficient use of solar energy the SSDP is aiming to enhance academic efficiency of this School it will also help to continue online Academic Sessions being run by Giving Tree Voluteer team.SSDP has also provided a Smart LED of 43 inches for Online academic sessions.SSDP chairman added on the occasion that SSDP is playing its vital role for improvement of Education in Sindh and supporting School for Providing quality Education.That is one of the goals of the SSDP that Quality education is basic right of Every Student. This Solar Energy system and Smart LED will provide an education accessible to achieve our Goal Quality Education for all students.Chairman School Management Committee Zaffar Ali Lashari thanked SSDP chairman and assured his all time Support to SSDP.Head Mistress Ms.Amina Mallah Also Thanked SSDP team Specially Mr Ghualm Qadir Mallah Mr.Aijaz Turk for their interest and frequent visits of School and Addressing the Issues and Special thanks to Engr Ali Hassan Bhutto who made it possible within limited period.

A meeting with SSDP Team Mr Ghulam Hyder and Mansoor Mallah held today at GGES Aliabad.

Head Mistress Ms. Amina Mallah detailed briefed about providing Solar energy system to School by SSDP and also ongoing Online Academic sessions in collaboration with Giving Tree Team.

Mr Ghulam Hyder added that keeping the importance of online academic session SSDP shall provide a Smart LED to GGES Aliabad.

During the meeting CEO SSDP Mr Ghulam Qadir Mallah also participated through Phone Call and assured that SSDP will continue its support to GGES Aliabad for its all academic needs.

He praised Giving tree’s efforts for conducting online sessions to SSDP supported GGES Aliabad in addition to continue these sessions to Junior Classes SSDP is going to provide Smart LED and relevant accessories,for continual streaming the electric system shall be transfered to Solar Energy Sytem and hoping at the End of November the system shall be functional.

The Giving Tree an organization working to support academic activities, providing furniture, reading material and arranging online teaching classes in different areas of Sindh Donated a Smart LED to GGES Aliabad.

The Giving Tree Team Led by Mr Manzoor Ariser and Mr Sarmad Chang visited GGES Aliabad and Handed over the Smart LED to Head Mistress Ms. Amina Mallah, during the occasion Mr Manzoor Ariser and Sarmad Chang Visited Class rooms made conversation with Students.

The added that they found GGES Aliabad is among the best model schools, discipline, cleaning, the environment is admirable, the Giving Tree Team will continue support of this School.

Head Mistress Ms. Amina Mallah offered her special thanks to JiJi Kareema Suleman and Giving Tree team and assured the GGES management will collaborate Giving Tree team for betterment of Academic environment in Sindh.

SANA Funding Committee Chairmain Dr Aijaz Turk Visited SSDP supported GGES Aliabad Today.Head Mistress Amina Mallah, teachers and Students Warmly welcomed and Offered Bouquet.He Visited Class room and appriciated the efforts, Head Mistress Amina Mallah Briefed about School related basic issues of Shortage of Teaching and Non Teaching Staff, providing of Utilities and Urgent repair of Primary section’s Building. She added that Same issues have been taken up by SSDP and SSDP CEO Mr Ghulam Qadir Mallah has recently visited the School and He is coordinating to resolve the said issues.Dr Aijaz Turk assured the school related all the issues shall be taken on high priority, shall be contacted High officials of Education and Litracy Department and hoping the matter of shartage shall be resolved very soon however other issues also be resolved with help of Government officials However SANA – SSDP itself will try its best to provide modern academic facilities, connecting GGES with global educational system through online facility, which shall be provided soon to this School. Head Mistress Amina Mallah added that school is already connected with one Giving Tree ‘s online Teaching system and they provided Two classes a week also they have promised to provided Smart TV to facilitate the online classes in a wide range. Dr Aijaz appreciated and promised they also will provide the Smart TV and hoping this School will become a role model in Government Schools with Support of SSDP-SANA.He also addressed the students and encouraged them and assured The SANA- SSDP will support them to achieve their goals.

One of the high-level delegation of JICA visited GGELS Aliabad today on 27-02-2019.

JICA team is always keen on quality. For this purpose, they regularly monitor The schools constructed by JICA.

During their visit, they visited the Class rooms And Different corners created in School.

They had the conversation with supervisors, During their visit, they visited. They had the conversation with Deputy DEO Madam Farzana Chana TEO (F) Kotri Madam Safia Junejo TEO (M) Manjhand Mr. Shoukat Qureshi

Head Mistress Amina Mallah ,teachers, and students. They ask teachers about the quality educational system and provision of books. They also inquired the teaching methodology, student’s age, and grades also asked about enrolment, They also got involved with students and ask few questions regarding regular activities.

Students were very happy to saw them all in their centers. They welcomed them in a traditional way.

The delegation really impressed the Quality work , environment, and education system of the School. They cherished the role and contribution of community in the establishment of School. . This is a sustainable model, they said. They appreciated the quality work of School team Management and teachers also appreciated the student’s enrollment, and community contribution.

Annual inspection of GGELS Aliabad Held today on 15th February 2019.

The inspection started by team from assembly. The team observed School Enrolment ,Discipline Proper Uniform of Students Cleanliness and Confidence of Students during Recitation-and Poems.

Students performed in a very disciplined way and the team impressed from administrative activities of Head Mistress and other staff..

Than the team Visited Class rooms , checked school record and found satisfactory.

The team also observed the Lesson plan system running for study in class rooms.

Excellent reading habits begin in the early years. Introducing children to literature in School supports students readiness, promotes early literacy and supports a love of language and reading.

A School library corner is a distinct area of the classroom with a variety of board books, picture books, readers and comfortable seating. Create a School library corner in order to promote critical thinking skills and to enhance creative and social development was a challenge for Team GGES Aliabad but finally we did it and now the Library corner has been created and will enhance further in future.

For Healthy academic environment The school Sports corner has been established at GGES Aliabad.
